Santa Barbara catering takes us to many stunning locations. This time Events by Rincon indulged in the pastoral scenery of the Lincourt Winery. There, Jenna Shay and Peter Duby cultivated an easy, yet elegant wedding celebration on June 25^th.

As soft ocean breezes graced the winery’s rustic lanes, guests delved into the love story on display. A collage of Jenna and Peter’s love letters ushered guests into the hearts and minds of this couple’s growing love. The love the couple shares was echoed by the love of their family’s shared as family members joyfully contributed to the celebration in their own unique way. Jenna’s dad handcrafted wooden signs pointed guests to the “cookies and milk” station while her mom’s hands turned violet from dying vintage doilies for the table centerpieces. Some of the family’s other adorable touches included an old Schwinn tandem bike used as a prop for guests to snap their own quirky homage to the couple. Jenna’s eleven-year-old cousin, Ben, took Polaroids of the guests as they arrived; the Polaroids were then hung on vintage wine barrels for the guests to personalize a creative alternative to a traditional guests book.

And, of course, as a Santa Barbara catering company, Events by Rincon provided a delicious array of food that had guests yearning for more. But the couple headed off to their honeymoon anyway in a 1970’s VW Bug, leaving guests assured that this couple’s love will continue to grow like a finely-aged wine.
