Hi Marc –

Just a quick note to say that the event was superb – thanks in large part to you and your staff.  The food and décor were absolutely the best.  I have been hearing compliments all day -  on the food in particular.

 Also wanted to comment that your staff were just excellent.  I was particularly impressed when they called me by name. 

And a special thank you to Flavia.  She and her team were also a well-oiled machine when it came to breaking it all down and I felt so confident leaving while they were still working knowing that they would handle everything.

 Really, really great.
