Alyssa Searcy
Managing Partner + Administrative Kitchen Manager
Alyssa has found her way back to team Rincon after all these years! Her first job was interning with the Rincon team when she was 13 years old. She has had a passion for baking and hospitality since she was young. She pursued that passion as she attended Johnson and Wales and receiving her Associates Degree in baking and pastry. She also has her Bachelor’s in food service management with a minor in beverage management.
Born and raised in Camarillo, the Santa Barbara area is home to her.
She is honored to continue on the legacy of Rincon with her business partner Jonathan Sotelo. Continuing to share her gifts in food service and events. Alyssa loves creating unique experiences for guests and focusing on every last important detail.
Her free time is now filled with the amazing world of being a new mom to her perfect little girl!
