Production Manager

Monica graduated from SBCC Culinary School in 2013 and has spent the years since working as a personal chef throughout Montecito and Santa Barbara. She also spent several years working with other catering companies around town before finding her way to Events by Rincon, and how lucky are we!

When Monica is not sharing her expertise in the kitchen, she spends her time with her 8-year-old son, who is the center of her world.

In her free time, Monica enjoys hiking new trails, backpacking, or playing with her son at the beach.

Monica has been with the Rincon team for 3 years as the Production Manager and is looking forward to many more years with the Rincon family.
