Evening Site Reservations

Whether your next event is a Wedding, Birthday Party, Corporate Event, Family Celebration or Social Gathering, the Santa Barbara Zoo is the perfect place to host your Evening Event! All evening reservation fees include parking in the Zoo’s lot for your guests on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, your site reservation includes two Zoo staff members on grounds to help facilitate your event. Also included is a golf cart, operated by Zoo staff, for any guests who may have difficulty walking to and from your event site. Security is also included in site fees, of up to 500 guests. An additional security guard is required (and provided by the Zoo) for groups of more than 500 guests with a fee.

From box lunch deliveries to five-course plated dinners, Zoo Catering Services by Rincon offers delicious menu options for any size group and any size budget.

Day Site Reservations

The Santa Barbara Zoo is the perfect place to host your daytime event! All day reservation fees include parking in the Zoo’s lot for your guests on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, your site reservation includes two Zoo staff members on grounds to help facilitate your event. Also included is a golf cart, operated by Zoo staff, for guests who may have dificulty walking to and from your event site.

Birthday Parties (for children aged 1-12)

For birthday party information, please pick up a Birthday Brochure, call us at (805) 962-5339, ext. 117, or visit sbzoo.org/birthdays.asp. Site Only Reservations can be made for any birthday party event site from either 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (Reservations based on availability - normal parking and admission fees apply to each guest.)
